I am not sure what to think about it.
It is definitely not my cup of tea, but this doesn’t mean anything because I could say the same on (almost) every other tv show.
The good: The costumes, the sets, the male lead and over all the creativity.
But it is just a teaser, which are usually misleading and on a different level as to what they tease.
To me this does not look like something mass appeal but may be it is not meant to. Would a major network show such a series?

This looks like the first tv show apart from maybe ‘Flight of the Conchords’ that has the sort of look I favour in movies. The fact that it also has Summer Glau in it kinda means I need to watch it now.
I just hope if it’s picked up it makes it to Australia.
